Haircuts!
Eleanor opted for a shorter cut (she wanted it VERY short, but was happy with shoulder-length), and Henry also got a big boy cut. Very grown-up. Their friends at school this morning were quite impressed.

“Mama, I was playing at your desk.” “No kidding.” “Yep. I played with some of my cars. See them?” “I can see them, buddy.” ❤

4-y-o Questions
While I worked from home this morning to catch up from my afternoon away yesterday, I fielded these questions from the twins (note, we watched Episode II last night for movie night, and I’m not bothering to include my answers, since I answered while trying to work): “Mama, how did R2D2 reattach C-3POs head?” “Mama,…

Savannah
With our kid-free weekend, we headed to Savannah for a little R&R. It’s still early in the pregnancy (less than halfway!) but my pelvis has been inflamed, so I’m glad we were able to squeeze this trip in.

My girl
Ele strolled into my room this morning, as I was just getting up, carrying a muffin and singing “she’s a good girl, loves her mama.”

Library
We made a trek to the library for the first time in forever (I had renewed the books we had out as long as I could…), and the kids went to the stacks, each grabbed a book, and went straight to the kids’ area to read them. Usually they just grab books, shove them in…
