I am the COO of Tumblr, and spend my days attempting to protect and grow our community, while keeping our business running smoothly.

I live in a small town in Western New York state with my husband, Bob, and our three children (my three Ring circus). I also wrangle three cats and two guinea pigs. I’ve been with Automattic since 2012, the same year I started my first Tumblr blog. I majored in Art in college, and have a master’s degree in English. I enjoy drawing and painting, though I don’t do it often enough. I love to read, and manage to do that frequently.
