We made a trek to the library for the first time in forever (I had renewed the books we had out as long as I could…), and the kids went to the stacks, each grabbed a book, and went straight to the kids’ area to read them. Usually they just grab books, shove them in my bag, and then sometimes read them in the reading area. I was happy that they wanted to vet their choices a little bit this time.

We did end up with a Where’s Waldo which they gave up on after looking at for less than a minute when we were home. I sat down with them and we looked together. After I found Waldo a few times, they got into the spirit of it, and Henry found Waldo three times and Ele found him once. I felt like that was pretty successful!
