Automattic made the top 10 list of women-friendly start-ups! While I do feel very comfortable here (I came from a very conservative oil & gas supplier), we have some progress to make. What’s key is that Automattic is dedicated to being open about this, and working on sustainable, scalable solutions. (And yeah, Automattic is still a start-up!)
