Today’s HelloFresh meal was quinoa, arugula, orange, avocado, dijon, sweet potato bowl.
This was, by far, the hardest part:
“Hey Zandy, what is the big deal?”
You go ahead and try to skin an orange and retain a core (?) and then we’ll discuss. Get an extremely sharp paring knife – it makes it much easier.
This was the cutest part:
Look how much tinier the “just a pinch” spoon is than the tablespoon!
Way smaller.
And all finished:
Delicious and almost too filling. Sweet and tangy. My first time eating quinoa.
