Revelry Reverie

Grant spent time at the St Mary’s fest yesterday cruising around, playing some basketball, and also quietly observing while eating fries. He also fed me a bunch of fries, for which I am truly grateful.

We went for a stroll down Union Street today, and enjoyed popcorn, some golf, balloons, books, crafts, and more!

Bob and the kids did some yard work at his parents’ house yesterday, and as a treat for helping, the kids got rides in the barrow. As you can see, Grant loved it best.

Last night we went to see Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats at Brewery Ommegang. We met our friends Simon and Casey – finding Simon thanks to his hat – and chatted during the opening act, The Head and the Heart. The opener was actually a full two hour show, so we were getting antsy…

Grant desperately missed me this morning while I was in the bathroom, and send me love notes in the form of Dr Seuss flashcards.

I took the kids to the Buffalo Museum of Science today. They’ve redone part of it, and it was super fun.
