Saturday breakfast
On Saturday mornings (my day to wake up with the kids) I make pancakes. Lately the kids have been very into helping me with the eggs. They are getting pretty good!

We have about 5 inches of snow and still falling.

Present
“I want that one. I want to open a present and it is a train. I want that one for Christmas. The Dinosaur Train – a pretty Dinosaur Train. Open a present and it is the Dinosaur Train, mama. Ok mama?”

Last day at the park
We had a lovely day Tuesday so we squeezed in one last day at the park.

Hanging the moon
At lunch today I hung the moon in the nursery. The kids have been very excited any time they see the moon, and since their old nightlight is on its last leg, this will do nicely. What’s neat is it can be changed to match the stage of the moon outside.

Dinosaur Day
We had a dinosaur day today. We drove up to the Rochester Museum and Science Center to see the dinos. Eleanor has been begging us for weeks to “go to a ‘useum and see fossils and bones” so we went. They had a special dinosaur exhibit that the kids loved, and we visited some other…
