Revelry Reverie

On my walk the other day I took some photos of the lovely shadows cast by the layers of leaves, from the canopy to the ferns on the ground. This one is my favorite.

Bob took the twins camping; they’ve got a tent site on a lake. Back at the ranch, I’ve been playing with Grant, and I just put him to bed when Bob sent me some amazing photos. Enjoy.

It’s shocking to me that he isn’t walking by himself yet. He stands so confidently, and can balance without holding on (briefly). He’s approaching the twelve month mark, and I’m having flashbacks to this time last year, and how busy I was at work, and how I wasn’t sure what labor would be like (TRAUMATIC)…
